The life-centred design guide

Damien Lutz

A toolkit for product engineers, digital designers, and business innovators to design regenerative and socially just solutions – includes exercises and downloadable tools.

Life-centred design expands human-centred design to include consideration for nature and vulnerable humans by merging practices such as, and, and aligning designers with global goals, such as the United Nation’s.

As it is still emerging, however, life-centred design is practiced by only a few, and how it is practiced varies.

The Life-centred Design Guide summarises these various approaches to synthesize a “future snapshot” of what an evolved framework might be, with tools and instructions included.
